Supplements

There may be a supplementary charge for a double room let as a single, depending on demand/season. Children aged 0-4 are free thereafter the charge is £1 per year per night, ie (10yrs old = £10 per night) up to and inc 14yrs.

Special Requirements

It would be appreciated if you would give details of any special diets, etc. at time of booking.

Reservations

Guests are advised to telephone to check availability before booking. Bookings made by telephone are held for 7 days pending receipt of deposit.

Notification of your estimated time of arrival would be appreciated.

Deposit

A deposit of £20.00 per person per week (or part-week) is required when confirming a reservation. If the booking is for one night only the deposit will be £10 per person.

Cancellation

If cancellation or curtailment of a reservation becomes necessary, please notify the Guest House at once. Every effort will be made to re-let the accommodation, but if this is not possible, a charge of two-thirds of the total cost of the reservation may be made. Any deposits paid will be non refundable in the event of cancellation.

Room Availability

Rooms are available from 1400hrs on the day of arrival. For guests arriving before that time, luggage may be deposited at the Guest House from 10.00am.
Rooms will remain reserved until 1800hrs on the day of arrival unless previously arranged. The proprietors reserved the right to re-let rooms that are not taken by this time.

Payment

Guests wishing to pay by cheque are asked to present them 5 days before departure unless the amount is covered by cheque card. Unconfirmed reservation - payment in full will be required on arrival.
